Lukman Garba, speaking with journalists today, said the good people of Bauchi State should elect Amb. Sadique Baba Abubakar in the forthcoming governorship election.
Noting that: Bauchi State cannot get any body better than Air Marshal Sadique.
Lukman said, "Air Marshal Sadique has being a successful and effective leader. He is known to have achieve successful results in leading Nigerian Airforce.
He recruited 11,000 youth into the army, he personally supervised the training of 160 fresh military pilots to perfection, Training of 28,000 personnel to various military skills, Serviced grounded aircrafts to 97% workable state, he established additional system structure units of the Nigerian Airforce, Procured 36 new military aircrafts, Bought 4 new Tucanor Fighters jets, and many more".
According to Lukman Garba Since the birth of democracy in Nigeria and the creation of Bauchi State, governors have led Bauchi in the past, but some left tales of bad leadership and some did well.
He added that: Air Marshal will fulfill what past Governors of the state promised the people but never did.
Lukman in his sagacious tone, aired that, "a first term chance for a record breaking Air Marshal is therefore beyond mere words and accolade accorded to him.
You will recall that, in the past years of stewardship, Air Marshal Sadique has erased the age-long memories of bad leadership in Nigerian Air force and he has already setting a remarkable template of progressive leadership
"As part of the report of his stewardship, Air Marshal landmark projects through his foundation Marshal Sadique Care Foundation is highly impressive. Notable amongst others are the paying school fees for students of Mallikiyah College of Health Technology Bauchi, paying NECO to 500 poor children within the state, support thousands of Malnourished children with Nutritional supplements, support pregnant women, train women on TBA's, he builds mosques, he support local farmers with fertilizer, he trained both youth and women on various skills and support them, he support with medical help, and many more.
Lukman further stated that: Air Marshal Sadique as a Airforce Boss has also championed life-saving such as building new air force base in some states of the country.
Air Marshal Sadique according to the Lukman Garba stands among men to give more to his people and his tears should remind many that the downfall of a man is never a nail to his coffin. He stated that Air Marshal Sadique lives again and again in impact.
Air Marshal Sadique indeed deserves a chance.
He called on the good people of Bauchi State in general to reward the good deed of the Air Marshal by electing him and to also vote for the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidates from top to bottom: Presidential, Federal and LG Constituency candidates in the forthcoming general election for continuous positive impact.
