American Rapper, Offset has gifted his wife, Cardi B an Audemars Piguet designers wrist watch which worth over $375,000 for Valentine.
In a video, the rapper was filmed presenting the watch to her at a private Valentine dinner they had together.
This comes after he gave her different designer bags earlier in the day.
